1. Overview

At Lidotec Technologies Private Limited, all our services are project-based and customized. Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer returns once the project has started.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if the project has not been started or no resources have been allocated. Once development begins, payments become non-refundable.

3. Payment Disputes

Any dispute regarding payments must be raised within 7 days of the transaction. We will review each case individually.

4. Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project before development starts. Once work has begun, cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.
